We support you right from the start of your project to prevent any problems in the individual manufacturing processes. In product development, we always make sure that the 3D data of your product meet the criteria of plastic design. The top priority is economy. We also support you in finding a suitable plastic for your product. On request, we also create a cost-benefit analysis. Our services also include the optimization of existing 3D models of your components. We optimize wall thicknesses, stability, draft angles and define a clean, unproblematic mold separation. Professional component optimization may also have a positive impact on flow paths and article weight, which is reflected in cycle time and costs!
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
As a service provider in the tool and mold making and plastics technology sectors, we offer you a full service in project management. We accompany your projects in stages from the idea to series production. We create or check your existing 3D data for feasibility, simulate and analyze the injection molding process, create tool concepts and project-related specifications for the production of your injection molds. Depending on the product requirements, we establish contacts with a mold maker and injection molder suitable for the project.
ANALYSIS PROCEDURE
Starting with a simple feasibility analysis, we quickly point out to our customers possible problems in the entire manufacturing process and look for an effective solution together.
A professional injection molding simulation shows the process of filling and cooling (thermoplastics) with the influence of the tool (e.g. temperature control and injection situation) even before the tool is designed. This enables possible mold and tool defects to be recognized early.

ELECTRODE DISCHARGE WITH DOCUMENTATION
Especially for mold makers, we offer the electrode derivation service according to customer specifications with all the necessary documentation, such as positioning drawings and the Rohlige cutting list. We derive electrodes with the current version of CIMATRON E and also process data records from external systems such as Catia, VISI, ProE and Solid Works. In some cases we can also create the milling programs for your machining center.
